Anti Doping workshop for coaches. Christchurch R. C. Thursday, 12th November. 7.30pm.

Have just been made aware that there is an Anti-Doping Workshop at Christchurch Rowing Club on Thursday evening, 12th November, at 7.00pm. Calling all budding artists - 2017 SCC Logo competition.

Calling all budding artists - Logo competition.

The Hants and Dorset ARA need a logo for the 2017 South Coast Rowing Championships. It will be used for our letterhead and on the merchandising such as T- shirts, mugs etc.  The stipulations are:- It has to be a single colour on a single colour background if required and fairly simple in design. The event date is the 2nd September 2017 and the venue is Eton Dorney. The winner of the competition will be awarded a certificate, a free garment of choice from the range available, and the associated kudos. The Competition is open to all ages 1 to 100 years old!

Please submit designs by E-mail to sue.sothcott@honeywell.com in any standard format by 30thNovember 2015

HDARA Presentation Dinner. More menu choice

A chicken main has been added to the menu as beef is not to everyone's choice - Roast breast of corn feed chicken wrapped in pancetta topped with woodland mushrooms with a red wine jus & potatoes.

Wessex Region Skill Development Training Day

Wessex Region would like to invite your Club to attend the Skill Development Training Day at Bryanston School, on Sunday 29th November 2015. The focus of the day is skill development aimed at Under 16 rowers who are competent but not yet confident in small crew boats. The cost for the event will be £10 per person and no cost to coaches, club do however need to provide their own equipment- this should be single sculls which can be river or coastal.
