Update on Southsea rower.

Many of you will have been concerned about the rower who was involved in a medical incident at the Stour HORR at the beginning of the month. We have been in regular contact with Southsea for updates from the rowers family and can let you know that he is now thankfully out of critical care and being transferred to a hospital nearer to his home. The family wished to pass on thanks to those from Christchurch RC, members of H&D Clubs and the event first aiders whose swift actions undoubtedly aided the paramedics when they arrived on scene. We know that all of you will join the H&D in sending our best wishes for a full recovery and thank you to all of those of you who have enquired after his wellbeing.
