Sad to have to report the passing of Anne Gowman, wife of the late Brian Gowman, a Hants & Dorset ARA Life Vice President and stalwart of Westover & Bournemouth Rowing Club. The Association extends its condolances to her family and to Westover & Bournemouth Rowing Club on their sad loss.
