Please note PENNY BUDD - the Coalporters Regatta Secretary, Secretary of the Wessex Regional Rowing Council and H&DARA Race Official has changed her E Mail address with immediate effect. Her E Mail address for all rowing matters is - pennyrowing@gmail.com
