Phil Challen. Former Association Secretary of CARA.

It is with great regret that we have to announce the passing of Phil Challen, the former Hon Secretary of the Coast Amateur Rowing Association.

The Associations extends it sympathies to his family, to CARA and to Bexhill Rowing Club.
