South Coast Rowing Championships at Plymouth 2025.

We have also had confirmation from the South Coast Council that Plymouth will be staging the 2025 South Coast Championships on Saturday 6th September in Plymouth, Devon. Due to the tides, the regatta will not commence until around 2:30pm on the Saturday. As it is a late start, they will be holding the Junior South Coast Championship Regatta on Friday 5th September, probable start time of 3pm. 

We realise that holding the Junior Championship on a Friday will create some issues for our juniors/parents/coaches and volunteers as this is the first week back at school for most juniors as well as having to get equipment and boats to Plymouth for a 3pm regatta on a Friday. There is a South Coast AGM being held in January so any feedback would be welcome. Ideally, if you could have an indication from parents/coaches if they would be looking to submit entries for the Friday regatta, please forward any feedback to HDARA Secretary - Penny Budd and she will share it with our H&D Delegates to take to the meeting.
