REGATTA SAFETY BOAT COVER. Operational Guidelines.

Colin Eales, of Southsea Rowing Club/Regatta has produced a set of REGATTA SAFETY BOAT COVER. Operational Guidelines which may be of use to other Clubs and Events and he is happy to share. This can now be downloaded from the Safety Section of the H&DARA Web Site at - www.hdara.co.uk  Go to the Safety Tab and scroll down to the bottom of the information section.
